Q - What is the processing time for orders?

  • Answer: All of our products are hand blended and made to order; processing time plus shipping/delivery for each order is 5-10 business days. Our products are made with 100% essential oils, plant based and organic ingredients and no chemicals or preservatives. Due to me still having a Full Time career, our production days for product making are Sat-Monday. 

Q - What is the shipping time frame?

  • Answer: We ship Monday-Friday using USPS Priority Mail. Our current shipping time is 3-4 business days using USPS. Tracking numbers will be provided once the orders have been shipped. Once products are shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost/stolen packages or shipping delays. In the event you have an issue with a lost/stolen package, you can file a claim with USPS.  In the event a package is received damaged, we will replace the item at no charge.

Q - Are your products safe and natural?

  • Answer: All of our products are handmade with essential oils & all natural Ingredients safe for all ages. If pregnant or ordering for small child please specify when ordering so that I may customize the blend.

Q - Do you offer returns?

  • Answer: Due to health and safety of our customers, we do not allow returns. No refunds or returns will be given unless we are at fault. Ace Aromatherapy will attempt to remedy any issues that may arise with our customers to guarantee customer satisfaction. 

Q - Is local pickup/delivery available?

  • Answer: A pick up option is available if needed. The pick-up location and order confirmation will be sent once the order has been placed. Delivery is available upon request within a 15 mile radius.
